Wash Performance

Washing Mop Heads, Cleaning Cloths and Floor Pads is a challenging task.

Mops contain a huge amount of dirt, water and cleaning agents or floor waxes when they enter the washer. Especially floor cleaning agents tend to foam with agitation what can prevent good washing results. Multiple pre-rinses will help to improve wash results.

Inadequately washed mops can cause hazing on floors when they are reused. This is often caused by resiudes of waxes that remain in the mops. High-temperature wash cycles beyond the melting point of those waxes provide residue-free mops and prevent hazing.

Mops tend to soak a lot of water, depending on the material up to 8 times of their weight. Increased water levels are required to launder them properly.

Miele's new PW 5064 has the answer to these challenges. Equipped with specialzed programs, heater elements that control water temperatures, a water level sensor that maintains the right amount of water and a programmable controller that allows individual adjustments, the P 5064 delivers great results! Every cycle.
