Miele's unique scoop and ladle technology is a revolutionary system, which allows treated water to quickly and thoroughly wet garments without unnecessary mechanical action prior to the wash cycle.
The scoop and ladle technology works by drawing water up to the top of the drum where it rains down through holes in the basket fins, gently cleaning clothes and flushing away soil.
This system is also economical and ecological as it reduces the water and energy consumption levels. |

| Precise Water Levels and Temperature |
|
A key component to effective cleaning is precise water levels. This reduces water & detergent consumption.
Temperatures are also controlled precisely to maintain accurate temperature throughout the cycle (e.g. disinfection) and to prevent overheating. |

High extraction washers typically suffer from various shortcomings. High spin speeds can be noisy, rough on garments, and even rougher on the machine. Faced with these challenges, Miele engineers developed unique spin cycles to overcome these obstacles and greatly enhance the washer's performance. |
